A WeChat mini-program and operations console for shrimp-fishing venues and leisure camps. Customer bookings, payments and changes connect with session management, order handling and revenue review. The project has venue-specific implementations; the capabilities below bring together the functions already delivered across those versions.
Customers browse activities, sessions and available spots, book by party size or choose places on a seating plan, confirm the amount and pay. Their order and allocated spots remain available in the mini-program. Headcount-based allocation prefers adjacent spots on the same side when availability permits, then uses other free places if a continuous group cannot be accommodated.
Submission checks whether the session is open, the price and booking mode are still current, and the selected spots remain available. Customers reconfirm when a spot has been taken or the booking conditions change.
Customers who cannot attend can transfer an eligible paid booking as a whole to a friend. The sender creates a transfer code; claiming it changes the booking owner. An unclaimed transfer can be withdrawn, and completed transfers retain a record. Ended bookings and orders undergoing a refund cannot be transferred.
Staff can move a paid order to another open session within the same activity, choosing the same number of available spots. The original and new sessions, selected spots and staff action remain recorded for handover and later review.
Staff can initiate a full refund for an eligible individual order. When cancelling a session, they first preview the eligible orders, count and amount, then submit the batch. Each order is tracked as refunded, awaiting confirmation, skipped or failed; one unfinished refund does not stop the remaining orders from being processed.
Previously refunded orders, refunds in progress and cases requiring manual checks are distinguished. Spots are released after refund success is confirmed, and staff can query status again to follow up exceptions.
The Wangzhe version focuses on stored balances, whole-booking transfers, rescheduling within an activity and revenue summaries. The Youxi version focuses on headcount or seating-plan bookings, group allocation and session refunds. Each venue uses its corresponding implementation; available functions depend on that deployment.
I independently mapped venue operations, designed the product and experience, and architected, developed and deployed the mini-program and backend. Across venue-specific versions, I implemented seat reservations, group seating, stored-value payments, booking transfers, session changes and individual or session-wide refunds, connecting customer bookings with on-site operations.
