A tool for vehicle storage and parking operations, bringing arrival inspections, checks during storage and release charges into one place. Staff continue adding information to the same vehicle record, while managers review inventory and handovers across storage locations. It suits everyday operations that need a record of vehicle condition and time in storage.
For reconciliation or handovers, administrators can filter and export an Excel sheet containing vehicles, storage locations, arrival and release times, storage days, fees and status. Photos and inspections support condition reviews, while summaries and exports support inventory and fee checks. This connects the physical handover with later administration through a storage tool centered on vehicle records, daily charges and staff-led registration, inspection and confirmation.
I independently defined the vehicle storage workflow and product, designed its architecture, and built, deployed and maintained the frontend and backend. I connected intake inspections, photo records, inventory checks and checkout billing in a continuous vehicle record, with warehouse-scoped permissions, price change history and reconciliation exports.
