Unlike generic chatbots, this system implements a purpose-built AI Interview Engine — complete with a fixed interview flow, evidence-informed question design logic, context-aware follow-up mechanisms, and standardized scoring reporting. It is especially well-suited for employment support services, pre-employment training, recruitment preparation, and career coaching scenarios.

1. Job & Candidate Profile Setup

The system provides default job and candidate profiles, which users can customize to reflect real-world contexts, including:

  • Job title, company, location, working hours, and compensation/benefits
  • Key responsibilities, qualifications, and job description
  • Candidate’s work experience, skills, education, and certifications
  • Availability, job preferences, and preferred interview language

2. AI-Generated Personalized Interview Questions

Based on the job profile, candidate background, and a standardized competency framework, the system automatically generates five core interview questions.

3. Question Review & Customization

Before launching the mock interview, users can review and refine the AI-generated questions.

Supported capabilities include:

  • Viewing each question’s theme and evaluation intent
  • Manually editing question wording
  • Regenerating individual questions
  • Regenerating the full set of five questions
  • Confirming and proceeding to the formal interview flow

This enables career coaches, program staff, or recruitment support teams to quality-assure questions in advance — ensuring alignment with target users and use cases.

4. Structured Mock Interview Flow

The formal interview proceeds sequentially from Q1 to Q5. Each question can be played aloud via text-to-speech, and candidates respond in writing.

The flow includes:

  • Real-time AI analysis of the response
  • One targeted follow-up question (if analytically warranted)
