Project overview

This proposal is for enterprise teams that need text, image, and speech capabilities and want to organize separate business needs into a manageable service experience. The current deliverable is a product requirements document for business, product, and implementation participants to agree on the problem, intended users, and initial scope. Its value is turning the broad goal of connecting several AI services into user tasks that can be discussed individually.

Define the initial business scope

  • Inputs and results: It starts with concrete use directions such as organizing meeting recordings, extracting invoice information, and Cantonese speech output. For each, it considers the material a user supplies, the result they expect, and the processing states they need to see.
  • Initial priorities: Teams can compare common needs and differences to choose an initial focus, rather than including every capability without defining its workflow and deliverable.

Discuss usage and management needs

  • Access and usage: The management perspective addresses how use is divided between organizations and projects, what access different members need, and how each project’s usage should be reviewed.
  • Overview and detail: Proposed overviews and detail views answer two different questions: how use looks overall, and which project or service accounts for it.

These designs provide material for business owners, operations, and finance to discuss measurement definitions and budget notifications before implementation.

Preparation and implementation scope

The development and support perspective covers connection preparation, trial validation, and reviewing problems, helping teams discuss the process from first use through follow-up after an issue. The proposal supports requirements review, scope definition, and phased objectives. Its listed management pages and functions remain planned work; it is not currently a complete platform ready for business use, and specific deliverables need to be confirmed during implementation.

Ownership & delivery

I independently authored the requirements research, product architecture and implementation scope for a unified AI service-management proposal. Broke text, image and speech use cases into integration, permissions, usage and exception-handling tasks, creating a concrete basis for review, phasing and subsequent engineering.
