Project overview

For organisations, businesses and prospective partners exploring digital and AI services, the website connects the company introduction, service areas, project cases and contact options in a path that supports progressively deeper exploration. Visitors can start with the service overview, open a relevant solution or case and then make an enquiry with more specific questions. Its role is to communicate solutions and present work through concrete scenarios and pages.

Explore the service scenarios

The homepage uses a sequence of video scenes to introduce voice reception, document handling, case management, learning and care. Scrolling advances the scenes; visitors can also use scene navigation and open the solution associated with the current topic. Titles, descriptions and links appear with each theme, connecting the visual experience to further reading. Visitors who prefer reduced motion can explore the content through still images.

Move from solutions to project cases

  • Solution modules and working steps: Solution pages describe intended audiences, common business problems, functional modules and working steps. This helps visitors compare the material with their own situation and identify subjects for discussion. Switching modules changes the accompanying illustration and explanation, while the process section presents the service concept step by step. These pages communicate solution directions; the scope of delivery is confirmed for each actual project.
  • Searchable project cases: The case collection supports keyword search and tag filters across project names, industries and showcase highlights. Detail pages present the project background, deliverables and fuller explanations, with landscape visuals and portrait interface images. Cases with an available entry point can also lead to a demonstration. These pages provide concrete references during requirements discussions instead of relying on a short general description.

Make an enquiry with specific questions

  1. Choose a reading language: Content is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, alongside about, delivery and contact pages.
  2. Describe the enquiry: The enquiry form collects a name, organisation, contact details and a description of the need, turning questions formed during browsing into a starting point for the next conversation.

The immersive experience and website form one showcase: video establishes the scenario, solutions and cases add detail, and contact options support the next step towards collaboration.

Ownership & delivery

I independently owned the site's information architecture, visual and motion design, frontend, backend and launch. Connected immersive scenes, trilingual solution content, searchable case studies and inquiry forms into a coherent journey from brand introduction to informed partnership discussions.
